you learn more about consumer attitudes to reformulation and health and the business perspective to
making changes for health.

Reformulation is the most effective way to improve the dietary health and
wellbeing of your customers and communities.

FDF Scotland’s Reformulation for Health Manager Joanne Burns has recently
undertaken research with Levercliff Associates to determine the consumer
attitudes to health and wellbeing as well as highlighting key consumer profiles
and
what drives them when purchasing. 

The business research analysed Scottish SME food manufacturers experiences of
reformulation as well as identifying where any gaps and challenges are.
